Services (Photography & Web Development)

Payments made for photography sessions, events, or web development services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

A non-refundable deposit/retainer may be required at the time of booking to secure your date. This amount is applied toward your total balance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.

Digital Products & Downloads

Any digital products (such as photo downloads, online galleries, or design files) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

Physical Products (Prints, Albums, or USB Drives)

Physical items such as photo prints, albums, or USB drives can only be returned or exchanged if they arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide proof of purchase and photos of the damage.

Replacement will be arranged for defective items; refunds will only be provided if a replacement is not possible.

Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that Parfocal Media must cancel a booking or project, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, including deposits.
